I have been practicing Yoga since 2014. I am a Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher with a Meditation Diploma, and over 200 hours of Training. I have continued to broaden my knowledge by Teaching and Training worldwide.

I discovered Yoga in my early 30s and was immediately attracted to the physicality of the Asana, which allowed me to cultivate a sense of appreciation and acceptance for my body. I soon discovered the joys of yoga beyond Asana and recognised how instrumental Yoga has been in management of persistent pain and anxiety. Yoga has enabled me to develop a more loving and compassionate relationship with myself, which in turn has allowed me to be more available to support those around me.

I believe Yoga is for everyone and this is reflected in how I teach through the use of permissive language, offering options and variations. I encourage my students to work mindfully by guiding you towards a deeper listening and understanding of your mind, breathe and body.
